決賽報名將會有報名費並與初賽報名費不同，具體將由大會郵件通知獲得決賽資格的選手。
新西蘭選手參賽形式：
1. 初賽形式：新西蘭選手必須在規定時間內提交比賽視頻。
2. 決賽資格：獲得決賽資格的新西蘭選手可以選擇以下兩種決賽形式：
a. 視頻決賽：選手繼續以提交比賽視頻的方式參與決賽。初賽和決賽可以使用相同的視頻。
参赛选手所提供的视频为MP4格式，清晰度为1280*720P
录制时须固定机位，全员入境，演奏视频不可剪辑，不可压缩，镜头不可转换，视频不可美颜，不可处理，拍摄时必须完整声像同步，使用原文件发送
拍摄画面注意角度，背景避免杂乱，入境部分要美观清晰，可选取演奏者任意一侧固定拍摄，全部演奏者全身清晰可见。
演奏者须着正装或演出服完成拍摄。
b. 現場決賽：選手可以選擇前往指定現場舉行的決賽進行現場比賽。

- Enrolment Fees for the Final Round will be different with the Preliminary Round; all contestants who are qualified for the Final Round will receive the notice via email from the competition committee.
- Competition Format for Participants from New Zealand:
1. Preliminary Round Format: New Zealand contestants must submit their competition videos within the specified time frame.
2. Finals Qualification: New Zealand contestants who qualify for the finals have the option to choose from the following two final round formats:
a. Video Finals: Contestants will continue participating in the finals by submitting competition videos.
The video submitted by contestants must be in MP4 format with a resolution of 1280*720P.
- The camera should remain in a fixed position during recording, capturing all participants in the frame. The performance video must not be edited, compressed, or altered in any way, and no transitions between camera angles are allowed. The video must not be beautified or processed, and it should maintain perfect audio-visual synchronization. The original file should be sent.
- Attention should be paid to the shooting angle, ensuring the background is tidy. The visible frame should be aesthetically pleasing and clear. A fixed position from any side of the performer can be selected for filming, with the entire bodies of all performers clearly visible.
- Performers must wear formal attire or performance outfits for the recording.
b. On-Site Live Finals: Contestants may choose to participate in the finals held at the designated on-site location.
