For all Preliminary and Final Rounds
1.參賽者須按照各組別要求規定進行報名。
Contestants should entry according to their class’s prescription.
2.所有已列明年齡限制之組別，參賽者必須在報名時提交有效身份證明檔或護照的影印件。
In all classes where an age limit is stated, contestants are requested to submit their ID/passport to verify their age.
3.參賽者所填之數據必須屬實。如有違規者，其參賽資格將被取消。
Contestants should not give any inaccurate or misleading information. Otherwise, the application will be disqualified.
4.對於評審委員會做出之最終比賽結果，參賽者不得提出異議。
Decision made by panel judges is final and should not be disputed.
5.參賽者可同時選擇報名多個組別之賽事，但必需清楚地在同一表格上選擇參加之組別，並在【報名費】一欄填寫金額總數。
Contestants may enter more than one class. They must state clearly the classes on the same form and pay for the total amount of entry fees.
6.參賽者已繳納之報名費將不予退還，亦不得轉讓他人或作另一項比賽用。
Entry fees are not refundable or transferable.
7.參賽者必須彈奏填報的樂曲，每一輪比賽一經報名，參賽樂曲不能作任何更改，否則參賽者將不獲評分。進入決賽的選手，選擇使用與初賽相同的曲目和錄像視頻。
Contestants must perform the piece(s) as stated in the entry form for each round. Once the application is accepted, no substitution. Otherwise the performance will not be marked. Contestants who qualify for the Final Round choose to use their Preliminary Round piece(s) and video recording(s).
8.專業演奏組（青年，少年專業組）決賽賽制為淘汰賽。所有進入決賽的選手均需要拉奏第一輪的曲目，由評委討論後會在公佈進入第二輪決賽的名單。比賽期間評委有權從選手所報的參賽曲目中指定所需拉奏的樂章或曲目。
The final Professional class (Top & Juvenile Professional Class) would be an elimination series.All the contestants need to play the first round repertoire, the list for the second round would be decided by the committee. The committee has right to select any piece or movement from the repertoire submitted by the contestants.
9.小提琴參賽者請自行攜帶鋼琴伴奏。
The contestants need to have own piano accompaniment.
10.如參賽者的演奏超過規定時限，將會影響演奏成績。
Performance exceeding the specified time may affect the contestant's competition result.
11.參賽者必須於新西蘭2024年11月17日週日時間23:00點前上交視頻鏈接。初賽結果以及決賽邀請信最晚將於2024年12月1日公布及發出。決賽報名將會有報名費並與初賽報名費不同，具體將由大會郵件通知獲得決賽資格的選手。
Contestants are required to submit the competition video(s) by 23:00 (NZ time) Sunday on the 17th November 2024. The results for the Preliminary Round will be announced and the Final Round invitations will be sent by the 1st of December 2024. Enrolment Fees for the Final Round will be different with the Preliminary Round. All contestants who are qualified for the Final Round will receive the notice via email from the competition committee.
12.組委會在有必要時可將比賽時間調動，參賽者不得異議。
The competition committee could alter the time of competition when is required. Contestants could not object to the change.
13.如參賽水準不達評審標準，主辦單位有權保留獎項不予頒發。
If the performances are not up to the required, the Organizing Committee can withhold the prizes Accordingly.
14.如遇不可抗力因素（如自然灾害、政府行為、社会异常事件等），組委會有權更改比賽時间及場地至其他城市或地區, 或改成線上形式。由於疫情關系，本年度新西蘭赛區参赛者的初賽和決賽均為上傳演奏視頻模式。
In case of force majeure factors, the Organizing Committee has the right to change the competition time, venue or move the competition to online. Due to the current Covid-19 restriction in place, the Preliminary and Final Rounds for New Zealand Contestants will proceed as a strictly online event this year.
For all Preliminary and Final Rounds
